    Hello.
    I have a problem with metabox settings page. It’s not being shown even if it is checked in the menu section of your plugin. Any suggestions?

    I solved this problem. I changed other users to administrator and it works. Not ideal but it works. I had one more problem. I inserted a shortcode in the welcome panel(HTML section) and when I clicked save, the plugin erased all the data saved previously. Is it possible to use PHP in HTML section?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    The first issue you mentioned might be down the permission required but the plugin which is outputting the meta box, but it sounds like you came up with a work around.

    Sorry it’s not possible to use PHP in the HTML section.
