Metaboxes not showing in mobile phone browser

  • I used to love this plugin a lot. It improved my search engine ranking. But ever since its metaboxes were changed to react, its no longer working in mobile phone browser. As someone who updates my site on the go a lot, it has become useless to me. I hope it gets fixed.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    If the metabox is not showing any data, then it could be due to some JS error from another plugin or your theme. Can you please check in the console and see if it shows any error?

    On mobile, you won’t be able to do this but on desktop you can check this using Chrome >> Developer Tool >> Toggle Device option.

    You can also try running a conflict check using the Health Check plugin.

    In v1.0.69, we converted the metabox from PHP to React so if there is any JS error that runs before Rank Math then it will block the RMs JS code execution.
