Metaslide not scrolling on mobile

    Hello

    The metaslider works very well on desktop, but on mobile it won’t slide. I have already read other threads on the forum about this, but unfortunately it did not take me any further. Can you give me some more explanation on how to do this?

    The preview works: Yes
    It works with other themes: No
    It works when I disable all other plugins: Not possible, site is very important, can not risk anything happening to it.
    Meta Slider version: 3.29.1

    Update: I made a staging site and disabled every plugin there. And the slider scrolls when i disable ‘wp bakery’ plugin. But that’s my builder so that’s a big problem. Can you help me?

    Thanks for using MetaSlider. We’ve not had any another reports of conflicts with WP Bakery.

    There’s not a publicly available version to test with. I did try “Visual Composer” by the same developers and there were no apparent problems.

    We’ll just need more details to help debug this further, please.

    What details do you still need from me?

    I use the same slider on desktop as on mobile
    But on mobile it just won’t scroll, on desktop everything works fine.

    Please let me know what details you need.

    Hi @yasminezilt. Can you 100% confirm it’s an issue with the WPBakery plugin?

    If so, we’ll need an error message from you.

    This isn’t something we can debug because we don’t have a copy of WPBakery.
