Metaslider block showing cookie data in editor

    I have a site which uses MetaSlider and CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent & Compliance Notice (Webtoffee). I add a post using the Gutenberg editor, choose a Metaslider block and select the slider.

    The block then shows not just the slider but also the text of the cookie bar and the cookie privacy page. If I preview the post or publish and view it, you only see the slider, not the additional text.

    I have tested the site with Twenty Twenty-One and all the other plugins deactivated and it still occurs, which suggests that there is a conflict between the two.

    Hi,

    MetaSlider is using an iframe to create a preview. I’m guessing the cookie consent gets embedded right through the body tag, that’s why it’s also showing in the MetaSlider preview. This could be avoided by maybe making sure that the cookie consent doesn’t get displayed in the admin dashboard.
