MetaSlider displaying all slide vertically instead of sliding

Hi there,

I am experiencing a display issue with Meta Slider on my website. Essentially all the slides are displaying at the same time and are displaying vertically. I have tried updating both Meta Slider Pro and Meta Slider, tried rolling the plugin back. I also tried using different slider themes which cause the slide to not display any content. I am hoping you can help troubleshoot this issue.
