    Hello. I just got an email from a user of ours saying that our Metasliders aren’t letting them click the arrow to continue with the content in the slide. So I went in to see, and only the first slide is showing, and when I try to click the arrows it just seems frozen and won’t do anything. However, when I go into the dashboard they all work fine. I have not had this problem before, but now all of a sudden I do?

    Thanks for using MetaSlider. We’ll be happy to help. Can you try the steps in this troubleshooting guide, please? https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/. In particular, look at Step 5 to see if you have any cache plugins.

    I looked at everything, but still no luck. I have not added any new plug-ins or security features and have clear cache whenever I could. But still only 1 metaslider per page works, and the others that follow are just frozen on the first screen.

    Hi @elafrance9. If you’ve looked at everything, please give a quick overview of your findings:

    • Step 1: it happens with all slides
    • Step 2: it happens with all slideshows
    • Step 3: did you try this?
    • Step 4: are you using a Legacy option?
    • etc

    Well what’s weird is the very first slideshows on every page is fine. It is not frozen and moves when I click the arrows. However, any other slides on the page, other than the one that works, is frozen and does not respond when I click the arrows. I cleared the cache on the page/whole website and it still didn’t work. Even when I switch lets just say the 4th slideshow to be put at the top of the page to replace the first slideshow, it works. but then the others (including the one it replaced) on the page don’t. This is also a pretty recent problem as this was perfectly fine last week/weeks before.

    Hi @elafrance9. Our advice on this is clear. Please try following the troubleshooting steps and tell us the results.

    For example, Step 5 asks, “Does it help to disable optimization or security plugins?”
