Hello

Great plugin and have used it for over a year now without problems. But, now it seems to be acting goofy.

When logged into the backend – and I click on MetaSlider to configure the slides – everything is froze. I have to hit the back button to get out of it as everything is frozen on that page. Weird.

Perhaps things went haywire after an update? Not sure – any help would be appreciated.

That’s not from MetaSlider. Are you using JetPack? Can you disable that and try?

Hm. Tried that / cleared cache and MetaSlider is still froze.

Can you disable other plugins and see if it works?

Any JS error can prevent the whole page from breaking, and if other plugins are running buggy code on our settings page, there’s not a lot I can do to account for it unfortunately.

Oh, that error was gone after I deactivated JetPack.

FYI, it ended up being an SEO Redirection (Free) plugin that seemed to be causing issues with MetaSlider. When deactivated, the page for MS unfroze.

Which one was it?

Later this week I can try to find out why. I will be making optimizations to that part of the code anyway.

I’ll mark this as resolved but feel free to comment as needed.
