Metaslider not showing images on smartphone after cookiebot installation

Hi @piecko. Thanks for using MetaSlider. Your slideshow works for me, on desktop and mobile devices.

Can you be more specific about the problem you’re seeing (browser, device etc)?

The metaslider was configured several weeks ago. Quite recently we’ve installed coockiebot plugin to show on the homepage. Each time someone visits our site for the first time he will see a popup window of cookiebot to confirm. Things seem to work well on desktop but unfortunately when we visit the site on smartphones the cookiebot blocks the metaslider and the images don’t appear. When someone confirms cookies there’s a white space instead of the image. You can see the metaslider’s images only the next time you visit the site after confirmation.

Hi @piecko. We’re still not able to see that same error in our testing. Can you check this on different devices?

It was actualy tested on several devices and it definately doesn’t work. You should be incognito mode to check it out because if You have already confirmed cookies before you won’t have the cookiebot popup again.

Hi @piecko. Sorry, this remains something we can’t see in our testing. I’m not sure why a cookiebot would impact MetaSlider as we don’t use cookies. It might be worth asking the support team for the cookiebot plugin to see if they have any suggestions.
