Metaslider not viewing on mobile or Ipad (OK on PC)

    Hi,

    For some reason the Metaslider is NOT viewing on mobile or Ipad at all , it only shows the 1st image in Slider on these devices. It is OK on PC no issues viewing full slider.

    It is odd as I don’t think I’ve noticed this issue before. I’ve just updated some photos and noticed the issue. Have the most recent Metaslider updated also.

    Has anyone had issues with this before?

    Is it a known issue?

    How do I fix this issue?

    This is what is on the Mobile & Ipad …[metaslider id=”1505″] AND on PC .. so if it works on 1 it should work on the others.

    Can you suggest the program that I can use to snip with a code that is only opened 2 times? I can’t remember what it is called

    HI

    It is the Trainers page, 4 of them have scrolling images using Metaslider.

    BUT you cannot see them on mobile or Ipad for some reason. We can see the first photo in the slider, but it is NOT scrolling through.

    PC & laptops are viewing the sliders fine

    Is it a setting I have to change?

    Thanks @kristinubute. I see you have WP Super Cache, can you please try turning that off for that page to troubleshoot if it’s the cause of the issue?
