MetaSlider Not Working Anymore

I’ll check it out. I still don’t understand why this code is automatically generated by MetaSlider:

<div class=”alignfull”>[metaslider id=448 cssclass=””]</div>

“cssclass” should be “class” so why would that be used by MetaSlider?

Hi @timebryant, “cssclass” is one of the parameters for MetaSlider shortcode so that part is not the cause of the slideshow not working.
Can you please also try adding quotations like: [metaslider id=”448″]. See if that works? Thanks!

The template I was using has a builtin slideshow fortunately. I didn’t try the PHP page that reintroduces the security issue. Now I just need to add some CSS for copy and call-to-action button for the builtin slideshow. Appreciate the advice.

When I try to create a new slideshow I get an error message that states “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘hasOwnProperty’)” message. I have tried deactivating all the other plugins but still does not work. I am using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme. I have tried changing the theme to Twenty Twenty-One and Twenty Twenty-Three and I get a “Cookie check failed” error. What do I need to do to make this work?
