    Hi there,

    I updated the MetaSlider plugin today to the latest version 3.6.1 and discovered a conflict with the Vantage theme. For some reason the update now pushed the banner image to the left hand side and won’t stretch full width as before even though the checkboxes are ticked. I’ve tried with both the Customise panel, and adjust the settings within MetaSlider itself.

    For now I’ve rolled back to the previous version (3.5.1) which still works.

    Here’s an example of what I saw in the new version…

    Symposium Banner

    And the website I use it on is https://www.mndassociation.org/symposium

  • Thanks for raising this, appreciate it. Please, see my feedback here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/images-do-not-stretch-to-fit-screen-since-upgrade/#post-9684855. If you upgrade again, try changing the slider to R. Slides or Nivo Slider in the Meta Slider settings. Does that help?

    Above is just my initial testing with Twenty Sixteen and no other plugins other than Meta Slider. We’ll dive into Vantage and it’s own Meta Slider settings ASAP today and do whatever we can to get everything functional. Sorry for the hassle.

    Hi Andrew,

    Really appreciate the quick response. I’ve upgraded the Meta Slider plugin and changed the slider to R. Slides and that seems to have done the trick. I have noticed the banner image does appear bigger now than it did previously on desktop but that’s no biggie, I can live with that.

    Good luck with fixing the theme, and thanks again for your help!

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Try switching back to Flexslider and adding to Customize > Additional CSS or your own Custom CSS plugin:

    .metaslider .slides {
        width: 100%;
    }

    After the next Meta Slider release, you can remove this fix.

    Hi @simonmnd

    It should now be possible to remove the CSS hotfix and use the updated Meta Slider version. Hope all is well ??
