MetaSlider’s FlexSlider stacks slides vertically in footer widget

Hi @gmeusername. Thanks for using MetaSlider. We’ll need more details on this, please. For example:

• How small is this footer widget space?
• Does the slideshow appear to be broken, or just squashed?

I just re-installed slider into footer for your review, here it is: https://primo1.ca/ at the bottom just before bottom menu, may appear as a blank white space as slider is slow/glitchy in this case.

Footer is set as one cell/full width and contain other horizontally arranged items fine.
No, it appears fine, just stacked instead of horizontal
I’m using the same plugin/slider elsewhere on the site without issue,

Hi @gmeusername can you please check on the Edit Slideshow page, on the Advance Settings section if Slide Direction is set to Horizontal?

Also the link you provided throws a 504.

Yes, this was the very first item I tested with, made no difference unfortunately (below), I have checked from different stations, it seems https://primo1.ca/ is working fine, if yo have time to check.

@gmeusername It’s not working for me either at a different location. https://primo1.ca produces a 504.

Strange, just had few people in different locations in Canada check, seems fine and DNS seems fine as well (attached), would appreciate it if yo would try again and let me know what yo think of slider issue

One more remarkable thing; in WordPress / while in editing mode, the slider appears to work/slide very well, exactly as configured, not when website is being viewed normally, puzzling

Yes I did earlier but just re-inserted for your review, at the very bottom in footer widget, just before footer menu, it appears as a blank pink background until stacked graphics slide in from the left,

Yes, footer is one cell and slider fits it 100%, yes, its set to show multi slides at the same time, just as its duplicate is showing at the top of the homepage (just added for your review) carousel is enabled from the beginning, please let me know
