    I am suffering from Metcafe ban

    and brute spam attack

    Please help me fix this and restore connection to my store

    Hi @procorner, have you already tried to install Wordfence and follow the steps highlighted here? https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/japanese-virus-break-in-and-traffic-theft/

    There’s no connection to your site content through the browser that I can see currently and we don’t possess a current diagnostic report, so options may be limited until we’re able to see your site and its associated scans again. If you’re having difficulty and wish to look into a professional site clean, Wordfence does offer this service – but there are others available out there and absolutely not essential if you’re able to carry out the process yourself.
