    Metform plugin is causing issue with Elementor. When turned on the elemetor builder does not load. When Metform turned off the elementor loader is a blank screen. Everything is up to date… any ideas?

  • Hi @affexm ,

    This usually happens due to your server PHP settings. Increase your server PHP memory limit from the wp-config.php file or php.ini file. If you don’t have an idea about it. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase –

    memory_limit = 512M
    max_execution_time = 300

    Let us know if the solution works for you.

    Doesn’t work….if I deactivate MetForms pro then elementor works….does this help?

    Hi @affexm,
    Hope you are doing well.

    The Metform and Metform PRO are working fine in our development environment and haven’t found any loading issue at all. Can you please make sure that you are using the latest versions of the Metform?

    If that doesn’t help, then it requires a closer inspection from your end. Please create a ticket at our support center for further inspection. The link to our support center is available on the USEFUL LINKS section of the Plugin Details page. We will check and let you know what to do next.

    Looking forward to your response and we are always here to assist you.

    Hi @affexm ,

    As this is not Metform free plugin issue we recommend you to contact our support center as mentioned in the previous reply. We are not allowed to discuss the Pro version issue or solution here.

    You can disable all the plugins except Elementor and Metform to check if that solves the issue. If yes, then activate plugins one by one to find out the culprit plugin.

    Regards,
    Benjir
