    Hello @talalmover,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I understand the issue you are facing. The ‘Something went wrong’ error usually occurs because of these reasons:

    1. Using invalid emails in the Notification/Confirmation mail settings.
    2. Using invalid redirect links
    3. Cache
    4. Not enabling the store entries option

Please check steps 1,2 carefully and try to see if anything is gone missing. Make sure the SMTP is properly configured. You can use an SMTP checkup plugin to test the configuration. I hope this will help to solve your problem.

If not, then please clear caches from your site or preferably disable the cache plugin for some time if you are using one and check again.

For the last part, please enable the Store Entries option. We recommend keeping that option always enabled because this function is required for some other functionalities to work. Please see the screenshot (https://d.pr/i/ELI9s6) for a better understanding. I hope this information will solve the issue.

If the issue persists even after that, please let us know. We are always here to help you.

    Regards,
    Moin
