Method to get all Post id with No Index Set

There isn’t any sort of function or easier way to identify which posts and pages have been set to ‘noindex’ or ‘nofollow’. But you may want to look at our available documentation regarding this – https://yoast.com/help/how-do-i-noindex-urls/
