I’ve setup Post SMTP plenty of times in WordPress websites. This time though I’m having issues for some reason.

It’s a Microsoft 365 account, which I’ve logged into on outlook.com and tested that it can send emails. But when I set it up in Post SMTP and try to send a test email, I get this message:

    5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [AM4PR0701CA0033.eurprd07.prod.outlook.com]

These are my Post SMTP settings:

    Type: SMTP
    Mail Type: PostSMTP
    Outgoing Mail Server Hostname: smtp.office365.com
    Outgoing Mail Server Port: 587
Envelope-From Email Address: My Microsoft 365 email address
    Security: STARTTLS
    Authentication: Login
    Username/Password: Tested login on outlook.com

I also tried configuring OAuth 2.0, but on the step “How will you prove your identity to the mail server?” I just get a blank square. I just clicked next and later configured the settings manually, but then I get a message saying:

OAuth 2.0 authentication requires a supported OAuth 2.0-capable Outgoing Mail Server.

No idea why I’m having these issues, but any suggestions are welcome.
    Thanks

I just downloaded the plugin and installed it, but after installation it cannot be activated, it gives me this error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PostmanOptions' not found in /config/www/datikidiaita.com/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp-extension-office365/plugin.php:186 Stack trace: #0 /config/www/datikidiaita.com/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): post_smtp_pffice365_activate('') #1 /config/www/datikidiaita.com/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #2 /config/www/datikidiaita.com/wp-includes/plugin.php(484): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /config/www/datikidiaita.com/wp-admin/plugins.php(193): do_action('activate_post-s...') #4 {main} thrown in /config/www/datikidiaita.com/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp-extension-office365/plugin.php on line 186

oh, its an extension to the existing plugin, so it needs post smtp to be installed.

So I installed Post SMTP v2.0.19 and the extension I just downloaded, I run the wizard and on the step “How will the connection to the mail server be established?” I don’t have an option “Office365 API” as shown in the screenshots.

I have also reset the plugin and tried again, but the option does not appear still.

You put the serial? In the extensions sub menu?
