• Hi Hotelier experts!

I have two questions which would be fantastic if you could help get me a little wiser on those issues.

1: how can I add a color (i.e. red) on dates which is pending booking or booked?

2: when the biggest room is occupied the small room should not be available since that is included in the big room. How can I get this done?

3: how can I translate the plugin so it shows me the danish language?

4: my client booked the room for a date, but 40 min later it was cancelled but my client don’t know why. can this happen?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    1. There’s a premium extension that hides booked dates from the datepicker (Enhanced Calendar in the main website)
    2. I don’t understand. If you book a room only that room is booked. So you need to have only one room to make it work
    3. Like any other WordPress plugin. You can read more about it here: https://docs.wphotelier.com/article/73-translate-wp-hotelier
    4. The admin probably did not confirm it. Pending reservations are cancelled after 60 minutes (default value): https://lopezb.d.pr/i/VwR8kM
After receiving a reservation request, the admin should mark it as “confirmed”. This is how WP Hotelier works.

    thanks for your reply.

1: Can I make dates ie. red when they are booked?

2: What I mean is that if the main room is booked, then the two others should be unavailable.

3: thanks, I look into it!

4: change it til 30240 which is 3 weeks ??

    Hi,

    1. If you check the addon page you will see that dates have “x” mark in red. However they also have a special class so you can use your CSS and style theme as you like (this is something I can’t help you with, I don’t provide support for CSS)
    2. This is not possible. The only way is to have only one room as explained
    3. Ok
    4. You can also type 0 to disable it.
