Migrate button doesn't work

Hi,
I had been pushing the moment to update the plugin !
I did see a lot of posts in the support included the one to explain how to migrate to 2.7 !
Impossible to make work the migrate button !

seeing that I told myself that I could be the template I am using.
so as I am in production, I did install it in local and try with twentyeleven but without success.
same problem.
any idea please ?
back to last version doesn’t help me either .
I was looking for editing bulk links for files after migrating.
it is like the paths of all files is wrong. “
I have the File not found! message.
