Migrate comments to new domain name

I’ve recently moved a site to a new domain name and now all the comments have disappeared, which is as expected as all comments are tied to a specific URL.
Looking through https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments you could retrieve comments for a specific URL if needed, however, I do not see any settings in the plugin that would allow me to change the domain name / URL to receive the comments for.
