Migrate from Add-Local-Avatar

Hello,

Is there any way to migrate from add-local-avatar (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/add-local-avatar/) which has recently been closed? I have a site with thousands of authors with local avatars looking to get migrated to an updated local avatar plugin.
