Migrate from Blogspot, redirect or not?

Hello. I just move from Blogspot to a self-hosted WordPress. I got all the old Blogspot URL format like /2019/…html, /2020/…html, etc, as 404s. Do you think I should redirect all of those, or just let them die? If I do the redirect, would it hurt my index / optimization on search engine? Can’t decide yet, I’m not sure which one is better.
