Migrate from sharepoint to wordpress

  • Hi!

    I want to migrate from Sharepoint 2010 to WordPress, and have some question.

    If i have > 300k items (element with doc, pdf etc.) it’s will be ok works on wordpress with so many items? The number of items is growing every day…

    How wordpress working with 1 million items? 1 item looks like some fields and attached files (if you worked with sharepoint).

    Is it worth to migrate?

    WordPress works fine with large volume of files. It is your sever that would affect that. Why not install wordpress in a sub-directory on your existing site to have a proper look at it.
