Migrate New Site to Replace Old WP Site

What is the easiest way to take my new site and make it my active site? I have the new one running out of a “testsite” such as https://www.xxxxx.com/testsite
The problem is that all of the files in the testsite are listed with the url testsite and would all need to be changed to https://www.xxxxx.com.
Plugin?
Manually change?thanks
