Hi, We changed our web address so we migrated the environment to the new domain. The new site is up and running but we are getting error messages where we have maps. I was hoping not to have to remake the map or start from scratch. Can you please assist? Thank you.

We either get “oops something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details”

    or

    Maps API Error

One or more error(s) have occured attempting to initialize the Maps API:

This dialog is only visible to administrators

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wellchildorg,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I am sorry for the trouble experienced.

As part of moving your map/markers to a new website, if you are reusing your Google Maps API key, the website restrictions will need to be updated to reflect the new domain name.

This can be done by following our documentation here: Protecting your API Key

Once the key restrictions are updated, the map should become fully functional again.

    I hope this helps?
