migrated site – cant get to wp-admin

I migrated/copied several site to a subdomains successfully – however, one will not show me the wp-admin after i install. The original is fine, but each way i try to migrate (backupbuddy, dupkicator, straight copy, etc) does not work – i’ve re-created the database several times as well. All the pages work on this test copy site, but not the wp-admin.
Weird that it works on original, but when i package and copy this site, out of all my others – for some reason wp-admin not found – also tried replacing wp-admin folder from fresh download of wp, etc.
