Migrating my followers from WordPress.com to my new .org site

Dear Support team

I have just migrated my blog to www.ads-software.com and I want to bring both my email and wordpress.com subscribers with me. I have read in these forums that Jetpack now has the ability to do this. Can anyone help me with how I go about making this happen?
