Migrating site from subdomain

Hello!

I would need some help. I want to migrate a WordPress site from my subdomain to my main domain. With using Migrate Guru I was able to do that, but after migration the public_html folder contained both the files from my “old” site and my “new – subdomain” site. The files are mixed and I am not able to separate the old from the new. I am running out of space an I would like to delete the files from the old site, or maybe move them, to have an extra backup.

After restoring the sites I tried and created a subfolder in the public_html folder (OldSite) that I could delete later, but with doing that I disabled my site.
