Migrating WordPress from one server to another using FTP?

    So MediaTemple has a migration tool, allowing you to transfer a WordPress blog from one server, over to theirs, after entering your FTP info and WP login info. Just wondering if there is a free WP plugin out there that does this?. The one MT has works really well, and I’ve used it many times. You just cant transfer a site from MT to a different server (of course).
