Migration Custom Permalink to Permalink Manager

Hey,
We are using WPML on my site. For Page/Posts custom permalink we are using ‘Custom Permalink’ plugin. Now, we are planning to move on “Permalink Manager” plugin. Is there any way to migrate ‘Custom Permalink’ structure of Pages/Posts URL on our site after installing “Permalink Manager”. Because there are 1000+ Pages & posts on our site. Can you please brief in step?

The paid version of plugin allows to import the URIs from “Custom Permalinks” plugin directly with the plugin interface:
You will probably also need to adjust the permastructure settings (as they will be applied for new posts & pages):
