Migration error

    I have tried several times to migrate a site, but it times-out after downloading the files. There is no way to contact support through the support function as you are redirected to help desk loops and not actual support.

    The error message that I get is ERROR: Session token timed out.

    The WordPress forum is for reporting issues or bugs with the plugin in question.

    For the problem, you are experiencing we need to be able to check your website and the logs related to the migration.

    It is not true that support is not reachable and we have a specific Workflow that you can follow under your Client Area > Contact us > Transfer or set up a new website > Moving a website from another provider with the WordPress Migrator.

    There you have to fill in the questionnaire and you will be redirected to the advised support channel for additional assistance.
