• I installed mailpoet some days ago but now I cant have access to the plugin. I just have this message on every tab, apart from home tab:

    Migration “MailPoet\Migrations\Db\Migration_20230703_105957” failed. Details: An exception occurred while executing a query: Duplicate key name ‘status’

    To fix this issue, please follow the steps below:

    — Deactivate the MailPoet Plugin:

    • Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to?Plugins, and deactivate the MailPoet plugin.

    — Access Your Database:

    • Use your hosting provider’s control panel (such as phpMyAdmin) to access your WordPress database.
    • Locate the?wp_mailpoet_migrations?table:
    • Once you’re in your database, find the?wp_mailpoet_migrations?data structure.

    — Delete the Problematic Migration:

    • Look for the failed migration entry.
    • Delete this entry.

    — Activate MailPoet Again:

    • Return to your WordPress dashboard and reactivate the MailPoet plugin.
    • The migration should run again, and this should resolve the issue.
