Migration from Linux to Windows not working

    Hi,
    We recently purchased BackupGuard to try to migrate a Linux based WordPress site to IIS. When it is restoring the DB, it gets to 87% and apparently just hangs there. Do you know if this product can do what I am trying to do, and if so, what is causing the hang?
