I tried to restore from the saved backup but it froze again at 91%.

Never mind, I’ll find another solution. Please delete this thread.

    Hi @annetteschwindt

My apologies for delayed reply, if you still would like to give it a try, here’s my reply, we’re not able to edit or delete topics there.

Could you please try out to install our latest beta version:
    Download: https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.2.7.9.zip

    Once installed follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section on the site where you experienced that error
    2. Find “Modify Search & Replace Page Size”: https://prnt.sc/m-YdmBT88HI0
      – Set the value there to 50, if that won’t work, try 25.
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Your backup is very small and there shouldn’t be anything that could cause such issue. Unless you have some rate limiter configured in your hosting provider dashboard (rate limiting: how many requests you can perform within certain period of time). That could clarify why it failed, as on back-end logs I couldn’t find anything helpful.

As administrator you should be whitelisted from such limit. But maybe there’s something misconfigured for wp-admin path.

I would also suggest you to restore that backup on free sandbox platform: https://demo.tastewp.com/bmi (it will automatically create your private WordPress instance). If that would fail here as well, there may be something wrong within our plugin, otherwise there has to be some limit applied to requests or some kind of firewall configuration.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!
