Migration Issue : WordPress.com to www.ads-software.com

I want to migrate my site from WordPress.com to www.ads-software.com. But after migration characters aren’t displaying properly; for example “????? ??????” appears “???????”. Can you please help me with this?
PS: Please suggest any easy way to convert charset for a non-technical person.
