For your requirement, you can use any export import plugin. For example, WP Import Export Lite.
Please note that the job and application are different post types. So both have IDs. The applications are related to the job. So, you need to export the job and import it before importing applications if you don’t have the job data. You don’t need to add all the custom fields selectively. You only need to click the ‘Add All’ button under ‘Choose Fields.’ When you export, never forget to click the ‘Export with Settings For Import’ button.
Important: These types of migrations are always really complicated. Applications are related to Job IDs. So any change in ID can cause issues with the mapping of fields during data import. Also, if any application attachment files are associated, the files also need to be synchronized between both servers. So please use export and import plugins with caution. We have suggested this as this is the best option for your purpose. Also, these import and export plugins are outside the scope of our plugin as these are external plugins. But anyway, we are sharing a video that may help your case.
