Migration key not working with PLESK

  • I tried migrating using a migration key, but it failed with a “Something went wrong. Please contact us or try again later.” error.
    Then I tried adding the info manually, it seems it works for sftp, but although I inpunt /httpdocs (and I’m able to access it using the same user/pwd in Filezilla) it returns an error “Unable to access wpconfig file. Please check if WordPress is installed on the destination address. Also, check if you have permission to access the folder.“. The file is there, I can read it using Filezilla.
