    That’s a very custom requirement; Haven’t seen any implementation like that so can’t answer that without seeing what the data looks like. Kindly share a link; fill it with dummy data

    The Google spreadsheet holds the values that you would expect: First name, Last name, Email address, Date request raised, Subject (title), Request text (message), Priority. It can be exported from Google as comma separated text with long text fields surrounded by quotes (“); the fields could be arranged in any order required.

    Any comments & progress information are just added to the message text, rather than being a separate field.

    All completed and rejected requests would be filtered out before export so that all records would be at status ‘open’.

    I could create a sample file if you need one, but the description above should give you enough to go on.
