Migration plugin in crashing how to fix Error message: Uncaught Error: Cannot us

Hello.. I am getting this error with the migration plugin.. I have turned all plugins/themes off to try and still get the error.
It was working great and them today not .. any ideas.. it sounds like the wpevent manager migration plugin has a bug?
