Migration Status: Notice – Home Path

Hello!
I am trying to build a copy of a website so I can build it on a local host and do some tests. After scanning, I have this migration status notification:

The home path of your WordPress installation is ‘/’. Having ‘/’ as your home path makes it impossible to run a search-and-replace on the database while installing the package. You can still restore the package on the same server or install it on a different server and manually replace paths in the database.
The package you’re about to create isn’t compatible with Drag and Drop import, but you can still use it to perform regular migration. To make the package compatible with Drag and Drop import don’t filter any tables or core directories.

How can I fix it? Does this mean that I will not have properly built links in the created package? I need an exact copy of the website running on my local host.
