Migration to refresh tokens

Thanks @jnocerin – the work is currently in-progress but I haven’t had time to dig into it in about a month. I’m aware of the impending deadline and plan to work these next few weekends to update this for version 2.0.

@jnocerin – I just release version 2.0. You should see the update available in wp-admin. Please have a read of upgrade instructions after you’ve updated: https://github.com/cmanon/wp-strava/wiki/2.0-Upgrade
