Migration without the DB tables

Hello,
My site has migrated and Matomo tables deleted but the plugin was still installed even if desactivated. I’ve removed the plugin via FTP and I’m trying to resinstall it. I have those errors…

How can I delete it totally to get a full a reinstall, with the tables.
