I can′t see that it is possible to attach the csv-file.

    PHP version 7.4.33
    WordPress version 6.1.1
    The Event Calendar version 6.0.7.1

    Hi @gunilla

    Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately, it’s showing Access Denied page when I click on the URL.

Could you share the file publicly? Or you could also grant me access. I just sent a Request Access.

Hi @gunilla, chiming in here. Appreciate you sharing the migration report here. It seems like there’s disrupting the migration, which could be conflicts.

I’m curious could you try deactivating other plugins except for our Plugins and try migrating? See if that makes a difference.

Also, please follow the article on troubleshooting migration issues on your end. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/migrating/#migration-stuck

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

Please let us know how it goes.

It is difficult to inactivate other plug-ins. It is a multisite with 10.000 users.

Can I uninstall The Event Calendar and install it again and start from the beginning to get it work?

    Hi @gunilla

    Thanks for your response.

Please try updating The Events Calendar to the latest version. If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, could you disable them for now and try run the migration preview once again? You can re-enable them after the migration.

Let me know how it goes.
