MIME and peculiar content in my email

  • My contact form is working great but the emails I received while testing include this content:

    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

    Is it possible to eliminate this from the emails I receive from the contact form?
