Mime type changed

Once this plugin is installed, some messages are sent using a different mime type. This is not an issue for Contact Form 7, which has settings for mime types, but admin emails and order emails from WP eCommerce are sent as plain text, when they shouldn’t be.

When receiving comment moderation messages in Microsoft Outlook, for example, URLs are translated into links in default WP messages, but left as text in SMTP Mailer messages (I’ve tested this on 2 different services).

WP eCommerce order emails should be sent as multipart, with a HTML body and a text AltBody, but instead, HTML code is showing as text in Outlook.

Despite the code looking OK, the behavior seems to be changed by switching to SMTP delivery, which shouldn’t happen.
