Mime Type Not Executable

I’ve just noticed this error message appearing in Chrome and wondered if it’s a plugin issue or server related.

‘Refused to execute script from ‘https://cdn.XXX.com/wp-content/plugins/zero-spam/js/zerospam.js’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.’
