    Hi @shifaz

    I hope you’re well today!

I think the “404” status is the clue here and the MIME type issue is a secondary (more of a “false alert” due to 404).

You mentioned that you tried clearing caches and rebuilding assets – do you mean that you have used the “re-check files” option on “Hummingbird -> Asset Optimization” page and it didn’t work?

    If so:

    – can you confirm that there’s no other cache involved, such as e.g. CDN or any kind of cache on your hosting?

    – are there any other plugins that perform/attempt to perform CSS/JS optimization at the same time?

    – I think you’re using Divi so could you try first going to the “Divi -> Theme Options -> Builder -> Advanced” page in site’s back-end, clicking on “Clear” button next to “Static CSS file Generation” option and then again “Re-check files” in Hummingbird’s Asset Optimization and clear all caches?

    Update me here, please.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    hi @wpmudev-support8 ,

    Thanks for your response.

    Responding to your questions:
    1. No caching or CDN is being used.
    2. No other plugins. Just Hummingbird.
    3. Tried this. The MIME issue is gone. 403 status is showing now.

    What do you think?

    Hi @shifaz

    Thanks for response!

It seems that #3 actually solved the initial issue then and it’s followed by another one. The 403 HTTP status is “forbidden”, meaning that access to that file is – for some reasons – blocked/forbidden.

I’ve visited your site again but it seems you’re no longer using Asset Optimization in Hummingbird so I can’t see any errors related to that. But usually such issue would be related to either files/folders permissions or some additional/strict (or unintentionally wrong) security settings.

I asked previously about any asset optimization/performance related plugins/tools on site but what about security? Is there anything that is supposed to “protect access to folders/files”?

    Kind regards,
    Adam
