MIN/MAX Quantity

Hey,

Just to be clear.

Do you want a limit on certain products, for example that only 5 products can be purchased by the customer per order?

or

Do you want a limit on certain products that a customer can purchase in total, seen over all his orders?

Great question! Unfortunately, the Min/ Max Quantity extension functions on a per-order basis, as opposed to a per user basis. I was able to find the following, however, that may point you in the right direction:
