• We are using combo offers pro to sell customizable 6 packs. The issue is that a customer bought 2 packs, one with 6 beers and the other one with only 4 beers even though the plugin is setted up for a min 6 and max 6 products.

This product seems to be using 4 products. You can check the messages on frontend: https://tarin.beer/bh/loja-2/4-pack/caixa-4-latas-473ml/

For more detailed assistance, you can submit a ticket on our website and I can help you better as you already have premium version.

    Thank you,

We have two shops. The /br is for 6 packs and the /bh is the one you accessed only 4 packs. The one I mention is the /br https://www.tarin.beer/br

@tiagobhz When I try to add to cart other than 6 products to combo, I see the alert and can’t do that – which is expected. (Please see this: https://snipboard.io/3LyK7N.jpg)

So, if you have steps to reproduce the issue, then I can assist you better.

    Thank you!

Hello Vidish, I appreciate your help. I runned some tests and found the same. But today another order came out with 5 cans instead of six. The orders have in common the fact that there is one 6-pack and another incomplete pack. So, last week it was an order of 2 packs – one with 6 cans and other with 4 cans – Today’s order is one with 6 cans and one with 5 cans. I sent a message to the customer so he could give us any clue of what happened. But maybe the first pack (6 cans) is validating the second one (incomplete). Could it be possible?

Vidish, so the customer replied me and explained what is going on. He said that there was a particular beer that has only one item in stock. He added this to his first pack. Ok. So when he was adding some different beers to the second cart he tried to add that out of stock beer to it, the system allowed and enabled the PROCEED button but then showed the message that that beer was out of stock. But the PROCEED button remained enabled to be clicked. He then finished the order with only 5 cans in the second pack. Does that make sense to you?

Another update. There is another issue. Imagine that you have a product A (IPA beer) and a product B (Stout beer). IPA has 2 items in stock and Stout has 1 in stock. If you add 2 IPAs and 1 Stout to your cart on your first pack you are able to add it again on your second pack since the plugin does not sync with your stock.

@tiagobhz Thank you for the video. It helps. In the video I can see that it conflicts when same combo is added twice, it conflicts. I will work on fixing this and release a new update.

I don’t see anything related to minimum quantity here though.

    (@tiagobhz)

@vidishp yes my friend. In fact it conflicts when the second combo is added with a product that the first combo made out of stock. Thanks for fixing it.

@tiagobhz I have checked this with latest combo offers and woocommerce and storefront theme installed and There is no issue. Please refer to this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/aUbepY.jpg

May be you can do a plugin conflict test or theme conflict test?

    Thanks,
    Vidish

    Hi @vidishp,

I am the technician responsible for the Tarin Beer website and would like to provide you with an analysis of the situation. After reviewing the screenshot you provided, I’ve performed some preliminary checks.

So far, I haven’t been able to identify any obvious conflicts between the plugins. Would it be possible for you to guide me on how I can conduct conflict detection tests between plugins?

We are using Bold Builder theme and WooCommerce Combo Offers Pro plugin in version 2.4.

If you have any additional information that might help, I would appreciate it.

I’ve also included the list of currently active plugins on our site, if that’s relevant.

    Att,

    Célio.

@celiooliveira You can do plugin/theme conflict test on a staging server. Here is a guide that will help you do that: https://pressable.com/knowledgebase/how-to-test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/

    Thanks,

    Vidish

    Hi @vidishp,

To validate and check possible plugin or theme conflict, I created it on a new hosting and kept the default theme and installed the Woocommerce and Combo Offers plugins. It has been verified that the problem remains the same. Below are the steps to reproduce:

    • I configured the product combo to accept the minimum and maximum of 6
    • I added three products (TART STRATA, IBI – IPA W/ COFFEE and IARA)
    • Stock available on combo products:
      . TART STRATA: 6
      . IBI – IPA WITH COFFEE: 1
      . IARA: 3

    Steps to reproduce the issue:

    • Inform the quantities of the products as below:
      . TART STRATA: 3
      . IBI – IPA WITH COFFEE: 1
      . IARA: 2
    • Add to Cart
    • Then inform the quantities of products below:
      . TART STRATA: 2
      . IBI – IPA WITH COFFEE: 1
      . IARA: 3
    • Add to Cart

At this time, an alert is displayed “you cannot add this quantity to the cart for the products IBI – IPA W/ COFFEE and IARA”, as there is no stock, but the product with a quantity lower than the Minimum allowed for the combo is added to the cart.

The second combo could not be accepted in the cart, as it is below the minimum quantity defined in the combo configuration.
