What did you expect? Phone? The phone is not efficient enough to help our customers. The phone does not allow you to post image attachments, to send links, to send private messages, to copy/paste code examples, and so on… You can take a look at our response time on our forum, you’re the only one arguing this forum is useless. Sorry that it did not suit your needs, sorry that you feel everything is “useless”.
the opening hours for the forum: 9am to 5pm
What’s wrong with that? 9am to 5pm is 8hours per day. it’s just normal. Plus, if you’d posted a ticket at any hour, even the weekend, you would have seen that I’m still here and still answering, even if the forum is marked as “closed”. This is mostly written at the sidebar to inform our users that we live in France. So, someone living in Japan know that he should not expect to receive an answer during its daytime due to jet lag.
